What types of payments do you accept? TOP
We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
We use a secure checkout for your safety How soon will my order ship? TOP
Your order will ship within approximately 10-14 days after your approval of the proof.
Please allow additional time for large orders of up to two weeks. Please see shipping
link for shipping prices. If you are an international customer, email us so we can
email you the correct amount of shipping before checking out please. Some of our invitation vendors ship within 2-3 business days. Please see each item for details, or email us if you need something fast.
Will a proof be emailed to me? TOP
After placing your order, a text proof based on the information given in the check out
will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours for your approval. Certain items such as
backpacks, honey, coffee, tea, some mints, shirts, glass and silver favors, Throws,
photo chocolates, candle labels, soap tags and kiss labels,invitations and accessories from
Carlson Craft, Birchcraft and Sylart do not have proofs available.
PLEASE NOTE INVITATIONS AND ACCESSORIES ORDERED THROUGH A COUPLE OF OUR FACTORIES DO NOT EMAIL PROOFS UNLESS AT CHECKOUT YOU ADD THAT TO YOUR ORDER FOR A COST. IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION AS TO WHICH ITEMS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROOF PLEASE EMAIL US AT SALES@LABELSBUYDESIGN.COM BEFORE PURCHASING WITH THE ITEM NUMBER YOU WILL BE PURCHASING TO SEE IF A FREE PROOF IS AVAILABLE.
When checking out, please use an email address that you check
frequently as that will be the email address
we will email the proof to. Is the Candy Included? TOP
For some items, yes the candy is included. For items that say labels only then it will
be just labels. We can do all our items with or without candy so if you need it
included and don't see that option, just email us. How to wrap the candy with the wrappers? TOP
If you are just purchasing wrappers, directions will be included on how to wrap the
candy. All our items are very easy to assemble and we will provide you additional
information if needed. Return and Exchanges Policy TOP
Due
to the nature of our items in which everything is personalized, we have
a no return policy. If
we have made the error, then your order will be redone and shipped to
you at no additional
charge if we are notified within 10 days after you receive
your order. We email proofs of certain
items(not carlson craft, stylart or kiss labels) and you have the
final say

Yes we can ship International, Please be aware that $15.00 -$25.00 per order will be added
to the shipping charges shown in the cart
for international orders include orders to Canada depending on weight
and location. Alaska and Hawaii orders have a $15 up charge for freight. International shipping charges vary on our invitation
